SHIPPING POLICY

Before making a purchase, please check if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, you can contact us to know the production and delivery time. If the item you have chosen is unavailable, we can offer you a similar item. In case of the impossibility or delay in delivery of the product due to force majeure circumstances, we can offer you a similar item. If the item is in stock, we guarantee the shipment within 10 business days by the Israeli post.

If it is impossible to send the product within the specified time, we will give a notice on our website (for example, the store may temporarily stop sending items during our vacation period).

The products are delivered to the address specified by the recipient in the countries and within the time frames indicated on the Israel Post website: https://services.israelpost.co.il/hpcontent.nsf/EntryHomePage?ReadForm&L=EN

In the event, additional taxes or customs duties are charged in the destination country upon import of the product, the costs are borne by the recipient. Please note that the transit period of your order does not depend on us and may take longer due to holidays, strikes, weather conditions, force majeure circumstances, etc.

The delivery within the territory of Israel is free of charge. The delivery cost abroad to the countries specified on the Israel Post website is 100 ILS.

 

It is also possible to pick up the products in Kiryat-Motzkin, which is located nearby Haifa.

The packaging procedure is carried out properly to maintain the product’s integrity and quality during transportation. We are not responsible for the loss of the product or damage to the packaging by the postal service, for the absence of the recipient at the specified address, as well as for the late arrival or non-arrival of the recipient at the delivery point.

RETURN POLICY

What You Need to Know

Product returns are made in accordance with the rules for product returns in Israel. The costs for product return are borne by the buyer. The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. After we receive the returned product, the refund, excluding transportation costs, will be done to the buyer's account within 14 working days.

WARRANTY AT DI-GLYPTO

Our Policy

The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty covers stones falling out and detachment of parts of the product, as well as the physical breakage of jewelry findings. The warranty does not cover the darkening and patination of jewelry findings described above. The warranty does not cover products damaged due to falling or improper use.

 

If you find any defect, please contact the sales specialist to agree on the return or replacement of the product and send us photos where a defect is clearly visible. If we recognize that your case comes under warranty, we can carry out warranty repairs or replace the product in case the item cannot be manufactured again. The return of the product for warranty repair from abroad is borne by the buyer. The return of the product for warranty repair within Israel is borne by us. The shipment of repaired or similar products in case of replacement is borne by us.

In case of an unusual situation or additional questions, please contact us. We reserve you the right to contact us for the questions regarding product repair even after the warranty period has expired.

Your Information Is Safe with Us

When purchasing a product, the buyer gives the consent to the processing of personal data provided for the purpose of fulfilling the order by the seller (Di-Glypto). The purchase of the product implies the buyer has acknowledged the store's policy.
